Debi, a Hudson Institute Certified Executive Leadership Coach, will help guide you through a detailed process to enable you to successfully relaunch your career.
Personal Inventory
Discovery and Assessment
This is an explorative process that surprises most with what they learn about themselves. This opens ideas for career paths that individuals may have never considered. The most common metaphor for a career was once a ladder, but this concept no longer applies to most workers. Patti Sellers, Chair of Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit is quoted for conceiving a newer metaphor, “Careers are a jungle gym, not a ladder.” Ladders are limiting, but jungle gyms offer more creative exploration and really benefit women who may be switching careers or reentering the workforce after taking time off. There are many ways to get to the top of a jungle gym.

Building Your
Personal Brand
Your professional story is your currency, and Debi will help you write yours transforming you into the advocate you need to be for your own career. Your elevator pitch, LinkedIn profile, resume, cover letter, and social media presence must deliver a consistent message about your value. Debi will support you in developing these critical tools to optimize your personal brand to enhance your candidacy.
The Search
Debi will work with you to build a comprehensive approach including networking, informative interviews, and online job boards to open the doors in the areas of your interest. Additionally, she will help you to practice interviewing. The power dynamic in an interview setting usually leaves you, the job searcher, feeling vulnerable and low in confidence. Debi coaches clients in preparing for, conducting and following up from the interview process in an engaged and self-assured manner that will optimize your candidacy, not close the door.
Making the Transition
Debi will support you in negotiating your job offer. This may occur outside the initial 12-week coaching engagement. Debi will also provide you onboarding preparation for your new role, and a 30-day follow up after the start of your new role.
